Wednesday Nights

Wednesday Evenings
at St. Mark's

6:00 p.m. Midweek Supper
All are welcome to join for a community dinner prepared by church members in Heritage Hall prior to worship.
6:45 p.m. Midweek Worship
You are invited to give yourself a gift in the middle of your week.  This worship service will refresh you and leave you with a sense of calm and security.  You will be fed through singing, and quiet contemplation of scripture.  In our peaceful Sanctuary lit with candles, you will feel God's presence and trust more deeply that you are God's beloved child.  Come and be fed.

The Property Committee is responsible for all things relating to the maintenance and stewardship of the physical property of St Mark’s Lutheran Church. This includes the church building, the Urban Life Center , the adjoining parking lots and the church plaza.

The Property Committee schedules workdays throughout the year to tackle various projects, which have included:

  • Installing the 2007 time capsule
  • Installing new shelving
  • PaintingLandscaping
  • Restoring frames and artwork
  • Moving furniture
  • Cleaning, dusting and polishing

The continued activities of the Property Committee are vital to maintaining St. Mark’s as a vital church community within the city of San Francisco and establishing a physical location from which St. Mark's various ministries can operate.
